I've heard so many good things about this place but we never seemed to be in the area at dinner time. Well the stars lined up Tuesday night and we were not disappointed! I had the broiled stuffed flounder which was fresh flounder stuffed with their spicy crab cake. It was excellent. My wife had the broiled 'pick any two' combo and had the scallops and jumbo shrimp. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our server made sure the cold stuff came out cold and the hot stuff came out hot. Drinks stayed full. Unfortunately we were not able to get any pix since we combined dinner with a business meeting but we will definitely return. It's a really nice and clean facility with a very positive vibe.

Seafood Camp, similar to a Captain Tom's but better decorated. The service was good and the fish was great, we also ordered shrimp and scallops. The scallops were yummy! The only negative was the tartar sauce and cocktail sauce were watery. The waitress gave us a fresh bottle but it was the same. I'm not sure if they make it thin so it comes out of the bottle easy or being cheap but it's not good. Kind of a shame when everything else is so great. Maybe a new employee made it?

OMG! I'm in town for the Thanksgiving holiday, and my family suggested that we eat here. There are a number of places that I grew up on that I always like to visit when I come home ("Beef Burger" and Libby Hill) that are now closed. However, some of the other seafood restaurants are not the same. With that said, this place knocked my socks off! The fish was fresh the grease that it was fried in was clean, and it tasted good! I loved the food! The will be the place that go to now when I come home to get my seafood fix! It looked appetizing and I was so pleased with the food and the service! Our waitress was very friendly and nice! I highly recommend that you check it out!

I frequent this place a lot, sometimes I eat in or just do a pick up in their drive through. Their fish is always fresh, I'm allergic to shrimp so can't speak on that. They always give nice portions and the waiters/waitresses are always so nice. The ambiance is pretty chill. I just wish they were closer to my side of town. However I don't mind taking that drive out there to get their fresh seafood.

Walkertown Seafood Shack is about what you'd expect. It's in Walkertown and it sells seafood. It's a lot nicer than a shack though. If you've been to seafood places, they tend to be a certain kind of vibe. This is no different. It was a Friday night around dinner time, and Walkertown Seafood Shack was hopping. We had to wait maybe 5 minutes for a table, but then our waitress came by. I'm ashamed I don't remember her name being as she was super nice and always seemingly an arm's length away. My friend ordered some seafood tacos and I ordered frog legs. He said he tacos were good. My frog legs were pretty good too. If you've never had them before, they taste like chicken. It's a nice, poultry-shaded meat. They bread them and thrown them in the deep fryer for a bit. Good with tartar sauce or hot sauce or just plain. I tried the hush puppies here, they were very standard, nothing wrong and nothing special. Overall, this was my favorite of the seafood places I've tried recently and I'd definitely come back.

Hidden gem although I'm sure it's well known by the locals (as evidenced by the after church crowd on Sunday afternoon when we went). Food was hot and fresh and the service was good. Portions were consistent with most fried fish house style restaurants and everything was seasoned and cooked well. The house salad was actually really good so I would recommend adding to your meal to help break up all of the fried goodness. Prices were fair and overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely go back soon

Great place for the typical fried seafood. We've been here only a handful of times in the 10 years I've been in the area, only because the wait is usually so long. Great service, great food, great location. Come early to not have to wait - we came at 4:15 and it was on the verge of a full house already!

Friend told me about this place in Walkertown. Short drive from Winston. We had a 20 minute wait on a Sunday. Expect it to be crowded but worth the wait. If you love seafood this is your fix! Service quick and happy to answer your questions. I liked the varied artwork on the wall. Excellent menu selections. They have a kids menu.

So we reluctantly went here on a Friday night and if you have ever been here on a Friday night you know what I mean! So actually we came really really early and they were just getting ramped up. You could tell the people who were there early that this was not their first rodeo! They knew what they were doing. Our server was Amanda and she has been there as long as they have been open. Crystal was the manager and has been there since the beginning as well I didn't know them prior to this visit but they were so friendly we chatted for quite a while. The food is delicious and consistent. There is always a ton for leftovers because the portions are huge! The prices are still so reasonable and our fish and shrimp were so delicious and fresh. If you haven't tried them you should. Just prepare to wait if you arrive after 5pm on a Friday night.
